QA is blocked. End-to-end payment tests can't start until Payment gateway integration lands. Est. impact: 3 days if not resolved by 14 Jul.

Payment sandbox creds are in the drive. Gateway integration should land by Monday if the webhook spec holds.
Great, that unblocks QA's payment tests. I'll move the E2E task back to ready once it merges.
High-fidelity storefront is at 80%; review link is in Docs. Flagging the empty-cart state for tomorrow's design review.
Acme E-commerce PRD
Overview
Acme Retail is moving from marketplace-only sales to its own storefront. We are building a full e-commerce platform in a 12-week engagement: catalog, cart, checkout, payments, and an admin console for the Acme ops team. Launch target is 24 August 2026, ahead of the festive-season inventory cycle.
Success means Acme can list 4,000 SKUs, take payments in INR with UPI and cards, and fulfil orders without touching a spreadsheet.
Requirements
- Product catalog with faceted search across 4,000 SKUs, two-level category hierarchy.
- Payment gateway integration: UPI, cards, and net banking at launch; wallets in phase 2.
- Order tracking with email and SMS notifications at each fulfilment stage.
- Admin dashboard for inventory, pricing, and promotions, so daily ops need no engineer.
Out of scope
Native mobile apps, loyalty programme, and multi-warehouse routing are explicitly deferred to a follow-on engagement. The platform must not block them architecturally.
Do we support UPI on day one or phase 2? Client contract says launch.
